Welcome to The French Cat Luxury Furnished Apartments

John and Kimberly Lawson host 6 Apartments in short-term rental for Traverse City visitors.

This building is a lovingly refurbished boarding house which was built in the late 1800s.  This location has been home to many different businesses and residents through the years. Many in Traverse City recall The Dean Family owning a convenience store while living in the building for several decades. Then Dan Obershulte , a popular local artist, operated a gallery and art restoration studio for 20 years in this home.
The Lawsons purchased the building in 2013, and have renovated and furnished the apartments to offer them for short-term use.
